EFG Group Project Manager for System and Integration

Reporting Line : Managing Director

Job Description 

- Leads the Integration and Business Process Projects to ensure projects are completed on time and budget.
- Liaises with Group IT, vendors and third party consultants, internal customers and end users. Chairs Apsara Steerco.
- Maximizes projects benefits from the Apsara Project.
- Seeks ways that EFG (The Food Group) can use technology and IT investments and enhancements to remain competitive, ahead of the competition and at the cutting edge of digitalization.
- Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Set and manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
- Plan and schedule project timelines, success criteria and milestones using appropriate tools.
- Develop and manage status reports, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.
- Conduct project post mortems and suggest recommendations in order to identify key project results.
- Coordinate with project managers, project leads and champions from other divisions.

Financial Responsibilities 

- Track project milestones and deliverables.
- Manage budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
- Work with application suppliers/implementers/champions/IT to track and solve project issues.

Job Requirement 

- Experience of LS Nav would be desirable
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in IT, Computer Technology or similar.
