About the job Kitchen Manager
=>Kitchen operating Standards:
- Produce cakes according to the store's SKU
- Monitor/inspect/store raw materials/frozen powder according to Company regulations, make timely order requests to ensure the production process is not interrupted.
- Comply with regulations on food hygiene and safety
- Clean up the kitchen area after the end of the work shift.
- Check and monitor the attitude and working efficiency of kitchen staff.
- Manage and arrange kitchen staff's work schedules
- Instruct/train bakers/part-time employees
Manpower Management:
- Support the store manager in managing baker/kitchen staffs by arranging work schedules and assigning shifts appropriately (including official hours and night-shifts). Ensure all employees comply with standard working procedures set forth by the Company
- Training related skills for baker/kitchen staffs
- Maintain kitchen facilities and equipment in good conditions to ensure hygiene, food safety, fire prevention and control goals and prepare administrative procedures related to local agencies.
- Disseminate notices, company policies and procedures to all employees upon request.
- Other tasks as assigned by Store Manager and Sales Management

- Minimum High school Experience:
- At least 2 years of working on the similar position in the Cafeteria/ QSR/ Food grocery...
- Experience with budgets and forecasting

- Excellent understanding of local and digital marketing concepts and best practices
