Dealer Development Executive (PIAGGIO)

Job Description:

• Identify needs and requirement for setting up of new dealership in assigned territories.
• Establish a set of general and specific procedures for the appointment of dealers
• Ensure cost budgeting and profitability analysis for new dealer 
• Prepare business plan for assigning of new dealership for expansion of market share
• Develop strategies to increase customer satisfaction and sales performance
• Implement strategies for better sales opportunities  and customer experience at a new dealers
• Evaluate operational proficiency and viability of new dealers.
• Evaluates performance of current dealers.

Requirement:

• Education Knowledge and Requirements
• At least 2 years experience in sales and marketing
• Leadership skills
• Experience with machinery is the best
• Good in Problem Solving
• familiars with Planning and Organizing
