IT Project Manager

- Managing the end-to-end delivery of all IT and digital initiatives

- Organizing and managing all phases of the projects to ensure on-time completion, thus developing project plans and roadmaps, defining goals and budgets as well as identifying resources needed

- Analyze and deliver reports in line with the reporting requirements of the project and stakeholders

- Coordinate planning and project timelines with cross-functional teams

- Assembling and coordinating project team members; assigning individual responsibilities

- Report on the projects' status (scope, planning, issues, risks) to the different stakeholders

- Manage project documentation, status tracking, and delivery of overall projects

- Ensure smooth handovers to the operational teams and users (incl. documentation, training, follow-ups, etc.)

Other Criteria :
- At least 5 years of experience as Project Manager / Project Coordinator
- Knowledge and experience of PM, analysis, and reporting-related tools
- Solid technical background, with understanding and hands-on experience in software development, mobile app and web technologies
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced working environment and work under pressure.
- Strong project management, effective communication skills, and the ability to build effective working relationships
- Attention to detail, working to tight deadlines, ability to manage priorities well, high standards and attention to detail, and knowledge of best practices
- Self-starter, comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English
