Direct Report: Assistant to HR Manager
* Com & Ben aims to provide all aspect of payroll on time without any error, ensure that company is fulfill the HR Compliance, and assist line manager to identity and develop the key retention program and Com & Benefit Policy
Job Responsibilities:
* Responsible for preparing payroll for all EFG employee and ensure all information in the payroll are accurate and meeting deadline
* Make sure payroll process via HRIS and all employee information are in the HRIS
* Make sure any respective reports are timely delivered and accurate
* Make sure NSSF payment and report are done properly
* Make sure any requested from employee are properly provided as per the policy and guideline
* Work with related departments to ensure payroll supporting data is provided to support payment process
* Make sure new email account request, account resigned request, and account change request are done properly
* C&B Trend and compliance with Labor Law
* Other Tasks as assigned by supervisor
Financial Responsibilities
* Proactive budget calculation and be close with treasury team for the budget preparation
Travel Requirement:
* Travel to business if needed
Job Requirement:
* At least graduated bachelor degree with related subject
* Experience in compliance and C&B from 2-3 years experiences
* Understanding about Cambodia Labor Law
