Job Description:

  • Daily monitor and follow up sales deal status in Odoo-CRM, ensure accuracy of data.
  • Do key highlights on any key concerns/ issue on a daily/weekly basis to manager related to sales department.
  • Advise sales team throughout the sales process, including but not limited to prospecting-> closing sales.
  • Do daily brief and weekly sales performance report to manager and follow up daily actions plan.
  • Hold sales hotline number and delegate ticket to the right TSM/PSM one received a customer call and do the follow up.
  • Identity any training needs for each salesperson to improve their their skills and performance on a weekly/monthly.
  • Accountable for ensuring all TMA's policies and procedures are followed within sales department.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction. work with the sales team to know the customer's current and future expectation.
  • Poster an engaged work environment within the location/s, encouraging accountability, communication, teamwork, and a commitment to serving the customers.
  • Responsible ensuring that sound and safe business practices and processes are implemented and continuously improved to effectively and efficiently achieve ethical business objective.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned by management in a processional and efficient manner.

Requirement:

  • At lease associate or bachelor degree of business administration or Related Fields.
  • 2 year experience of administration or accounting or related field.
  • Knowledge in general admin works and sales.
  • Have a good communication in English and computer literacy.
