About the job Store Manager
=>Operation, Service Standards:
- Plan and manage monthly/ weekly/ daily targets of sales revenue, labor cost, operating cost and production plan etc of the assigned store
- Monitor overall QSC Quality, Service and Cleanliness at store
- Understand the daily sales, analyses and find out the reason for sales shortfalls to have the improvement solutions
- Properly deal with complaints from customers which are out of controlling limitation of Hall Manager. Improve customers satisfaction by following up the attitudes of customers when using stores service and products.
- In charge cash handling at store, daily check and count revenue carefully and then submit to Company by bank accordingly
- Monitor daily material, product inventory, order Periodically implement inspection.
- Periodically check and monitor asset and the use of all machinery and equipment at the store to limit damage, breakage or loss.
- Monitor overall expected risks in the store inclusive of fire protection, hygiene, food safety, legal, and finance issues with local departments.
=>Manpower Management:
- Effectively manage the manpower by properly scheduling roster for employees (including official working hour and overtime hours) and allocating employees R&Rs to maximize efficiency of store operations.
- Create friendly working environment to encourage store employees to work and develop together to achieve store target.
- Manage store employees achievement and competency to properly implement annual performance evaluation as Company's guideline
=>Marketing and Communication:
- To implement LSM and marketing activities which promotes brand name and increase sales revenue
- To have an understanding of business trend and be aware of competitors actions, promotions and growth. Thereby, to have the action plan to develop the assigned store.
=>Coaching:
- Train Stores staff about QSC and their roles in aligning with Company's standards
- To communicate all Companies announcement, policies and procedures to all store employees for their proper execution
=>Reporting:
- - Properly implement all reports under Sales Department and Co-operate Departments (Daily /weekly/ monthly/ quarterly... Sales/ Discard/ Inventory. report)
