Position: Assistant Training Manager

Location: Vientiane Capital, Laos

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor operations throughout the company and look for ways to increase productivity teaching new skills and knowledge to employees.
• Work directly with other managers within the company to conduct informative training sessions to improve the skills of all personnel and workflows to minimize points of friction.
• Collaborate with management to identify company training needs.
• Oversee and direct seminars, workshops, individual training session, and lectures.
• Plan and implement an effective training curriculum.
• Respond quickly to a shifting reality and adjust initiatives and priorities accordingly.
• Prepare hard copy training materials such as module summaries, videos, and presentations.
• Develop monitoring systems to ensure that all employees are performing job responsibilities according to training.
• Assure all training course and materials are up-to-date
• Other ad hoc as assigned by manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or Higher in relevant field or any other field with relevant working experience is also welcomed
• Have a similar experience in training (3 years+), ideally with F&B, welcome applicants from other field/company not related to F&B
• Proficient in local Lao language and/or Thai language is required
• English language speaking competency is required
• Ability to design effective training program
• Strong personal and professional teacher /trainers
• Good attitude with positive outlook and interpersonal skill
• Organizational skills and flexibility to jump from priority to priority, which is essential to a role that juggles a variety of functions
