Logistic Officer

Job Description:

• This position need to report to Logistics Manager.
• Prepare document related to clearance shipment.
• Post Customs Audit data entry 3. VSB (Auto line System) data entry.
• Follow up status of inbound and outbound shipment.
• Contact supplier and forwarder for proper arrangement inbound and outbound shipment.
• Booking Flight/container/space for EXW shipment.
• Inbound and Outbound Report.
• Prepare Vignette and Tax paper pass to warehouse team for dispatch.
• Other task assign by Logistics Manage.
• The main task of this position to ensure all material / service / on plan to serve production and customer.
• Handle Import & Export Shipment for Daily & Monthly.
