About the job Head Of Brand
- We are seeking an experienced, talented leader to join EFG as a Head of Brand.
- The Brand Operations Manager has a primary responsibility of leading brand u operations and will oversee all aspects of marketing, sales, inventory, systems and training to achieve our sales target. They will manage the Brands P&L and day-to-day operations. He/she is expected to provide continuous coaching of direct reports to serve the customer as their top priority. This role will be expected to devise, develop, and implement marketing programs and initiatives designed to ensure the economic, strategic, and operational growth of the Brand.
- This is a hand-on role where he/she must spend majority of his or her time at the stores and be able to work cross departmental. This role will also work closely with our Franchisor in the development of the Brand and will be involved in the planning of a potential regional expansion.
- This person must possess strong organizational skills, outstanding communication skills, sound judgment and decision-making skills, a passion for innovation, and embrace can-do attitude and spirit. Information system literacy is a must.
- Operation management and business acumen
- Develop annual budget and business strategy, and annual operating plan and resources planning and allocations.
- Manage business reporting and fulfil all requirements on marketing/ sales/ inventory through sales trends
- Manage and ensure execution of store operating standards in accordance with franchiser guideline and EFGs business goals that optimize returns on assets and increases sales and improves profits. Ensure strong execution in stores to deliver against strategic and financial objectives.
- Lead and train store team in operational standards, marketing execution and customer store team.
- Accountable for budget and P&L of the Brand.
- Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts. Setting SOPs and KPIs according to best industry practice and needs of Brand.
- Ensure crisis management system is followed as required to maintain efficient operations.
2. Sales & Marketing
- Day-to-day management of the Brand (Forecasting, sales target, store & inventory management)
- Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies. Lead marketing team members through campaigns
- Define and manage the brand communication strategy using a variety of media. Anticipate consumer trends and keep brand up to date.
- Involve in the development and messaging of the brand narrative, strengthen, and grow the Brand awareness working in close partnership with the Franchisor and stakeholders.
- Initiate and manage omni-channel (Online, Offline, In Store, Out of Store, Delivery) marketing programs and campaigns in linkage to sales target.
- Evaluate sales trends and take appropriate action plans. Analyze product launches and lead improvements on product offerings. Conduct periodic review of menu, inventory and propose appropriate adjustments.
3. People
- Conduct appropriate resource planning for the Brand. Including recruitment, hiring, promoting, and retaining talents
- Provide leadership and direction to all stores to drive KPIs maximising Brands performance
- Coach, counsel and develop Operations team in the achievement of company standards and their personal development plans.
- Identify and manage learning, training, and development opportunities to address progression needs and improve employee skill set levels to support career growth.
- Work in close partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
4. Customer
- Ensure successes of Customer Focus processes, i.e. customer's experience, customers complaints, customer services, etc. achieving 100% customer satisfaction.
- Champion product quality and customer services.
- Conduct research and monitoring of consumer feedback, preferences and trends.
5. Data analysis
- Evaluate performance of the business, including through using data gathering (collect, analyze, summarize) and evaluate outcome requirements
- Recommend controls by identifying problems and writing improved procedures, develop operational metrics
- Monitor project progress by tracking activity, writing progress reports, recommending actions for the business to improve
6. Perform other duties as assigned.

- Brand Strategy, Brand Management, and Brand Marketing skills
- Marketing and Public Relations expertise
- Proven experience in developing and implementing successful brand campaigns
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team and drive brand growth
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
