Job Description:

  • Understand the credit risk and regulations of leasing industry.
  • Asset pre, during, post deliveries and signature with customers and partners and ensure all true legal documents of client checked and verified.
  • Arrange all legal documents, delivery order and payment schedule at the approved lease conditions.
  • Support the lease restructure and credit review regarding the policies, procedure and regulations.
  • CBC inquiry and upload
  • Ensure all Condition Precedent and Condition Subsequent are met prior to settlement for approved deals. Pre-delivery conditions and monitoring:
    i. Vehicle ownership transfer,
    ii. GPS installation with supplier,
    iii. PDC from client,
    iv. Insurance payment from client,
    v. DP amount payment from client,
    vi. Admin fee payment from client,
    vii. Direct debit from client,
    viii. All VAT invoices, sale contract, tax paper with partners, and
    ix. SETFO registration
  • Supervise the asset delivery process of all lending provided by BSPF;
  • Assist with remediating all Credit Inspection issues identified during the inspection process and make sure all these issues are closed.
  • Conduct trainings to internal staffs on topics that are related to BSPF business, policies, process, procedures, etc.
  • Create and maintain strong & effective working relationships with key business stakeholders (Dealer partner, Lawyer, Lending Sale, Credit Assessment, Finance Team).
  • Assist with other business reporting such as Credit Committee, EXCO, Board Committees etc
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism
  • Other tasks are relevant to the lending support function and disciplines.

Requirement:

  • At least bachelor degree of law, business, management, marketing, or communication.
  • Master degree is preferable.
  • Certificate of Responsible Lending from IBF (NBC compliance)
  • Being motivated, energetic and analytical abilities
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
