The role is open to Thai nationals and is a critical member of the Bangkok Group Accounting Team.

As the Assistant Manager, Group Accounting and Consolidation, you will provide support in the management of the group's consolidation process, accounting guidelines and compliance to these guidelines.

Functional responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for the month-end closing of the Holding Companies in RMA Group according to HKRS/IFRS/TFRS.
  • Perform and monitor the month-end closing process of Holding Companies to ensure the development in progress and timeline are continually improved.
  • Prepare the account reconciliations and ensure they are done according to the Group policy.
  • Ensure the related parties' confirmation between Holding Companies and related parties are reconciled on a timely basis.
  • Prepare the proper summary for the impairment review of all asset balances.
  • Prepare the consolidation worksheet and adjustments for the Holding Companies.
  • Ensure the Consolidation worksheet of RMA Group are updated according to the new accounting standard and requirements.
  • Review the consolidation worksheet prepared by the subsidiaries, advise for the correctness and support the subsidiaries to ensure the data can be used for the consolidation.
  • Prepare the financial statement and NTFs of the Holding entities level and Consolidation level and provide to Management for the review within the agreed timeline.
  • Dealing with External and Internal auditors to ensure the audited reports are issued within the statutory timeline.

To be considered, you must meet these minimum requirements:

  1. Around 5-7 years of experience in Accounting or Audit (audit would be preferred)
  2. Hands-on experience in managing group financial consolidation (manual/Excel-based preferred)
  3. Advance knowledge in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  4. Thai national with good communication and presentation skills in Thai and English
