Job Description:


1. Sales Performance
- Actively sell new and used vehicles to customers.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Upsell financing, insurance, accessories, and service packages.
2. Customer Engagement
- Deliver a high level of customer service throughout the sales process.
- Follow up with leads, handle Inquiries, and maintain relationships with repeat customers.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
3. Mentorship & Leadership
- Support and guide junior sales staff.
- Share best practices and assist with challenging sales negotiations.
4. Administrative Tasks
- Prepare and process sales documentation
- Coordinate with finance and service departments to ensure smooth delivery.
5. Market Knowledge
- Stay up to date with vehicle features, promotions, and competitor offerings.
- Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and market trends.

Job Requirements:

- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication.
- Product and industry knowledge.
- Time management and organization.
- Leadership and mentoring ability.
- 2-4 years of experience in automotive sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of vehicle financing and dealership systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor's preferred).
