Relationship Officer

Job Description:

• Ensure a good customer service to the customer who walk in showroom and sale point.
• Work face-to-face with clients and partner staff
• Provide leasing information, conditions and requirements to the clients and partner staff
• Negotiate and acquire clients to use the leasing service with the company
• Build good relationship and communication with partner staff
• Compete with our competitors to conquer the clients on the spot
• Attend clients to sign off and thumbprint the lease agreement, repayment schedule, loan application, delivery note, etc.
• Support vehicle sale delivery with clients and explain and clarify the lease conditions and requirement with the clients such as repayment date, insurance obligations, fee charge, etc.
• Support all arrangements of events with the partners such as launching event, sponsorship event, ThankYou dinner, etc.
• Call support and follow up with late clients for on-time repayment.
• Prepare report of sale referral to management
• Provide a support of sale and client inquiry via Facebook page with marketing agency.
• Other support and relationship to the partners and the sale staff.
• Other assigned tasks are required.
