1. Answering incoming calls from customer and internal call center
2. Taking messages and redirecting calls to Mobile Service Team & Hotline Service Team
3. Dealing with email enquires-from External (Ford and customers)& Internal
4. Arranging appointments
5. Booking meeting & training rooms and conference facilities
6. Data entry and reporting to management
7. Organizing travel for staffs based on schedules
8. Organizing both internal and external events
9. Providing administration support to Management.
