Recovery Manager

- Representing company for recovery in purpose of generating recovery performance and productivity.

- Ensuring company recovery working well to contribute with company short-term and long-term strategies.

- Having well understanding on assets financing business and nature.

- Training and mentoring the recovery team for better performance and achieving KPI

- Working with all NPL clients (Late 90 360 days)

- Dealing with all write-off clients (Over 360 days)

- Analyzing the valid regulation, law and Prakas to solve for recovery cases.

- Handling the asset repossessed of vehicle, tractors, heavy equipment and other equipment

- Proceeding lawyer and court letters to NPL clients

- Providing a judgement, proceeding and following up on court process and complaint on civil and criminal cases

- Working with local authority, agency, municipal police, and court to look for the asset and repossess the asset

- Working closely with company lawyer to deal with the clients, to issue letters and special agreement with the clients, and to chase up all relevant tasks.

- Restructuring for the NPL clients whose their income is reduced

- Other tasks are relevant to the recovery function and disciplines.
