About the job Marketing Executive

  • To initiate and develop annual and long-term strategic marketing plan for Tous Les Jourse business in order to achieve the brand financial goals and brand popularity; and effectively manage the marketing expenses and deliver of all marketing activities within agreed budget.
  • To communicate the marketing goals and strategies clearly to our operations team, digital team, and outlet managers; and come up with clear annual marketing activities calendar and develop templates necessary for the team to follow up and evaluate the success of each marketing campaign.
  • To make sure that day-to-day promotional campaigns being correctly executed at the store level such as briefing staff, leaflet distribution, banner hanging, poster placement, communicating to customers, digital media placement, etc.
  • To analyze Menu items and prices, and come up product and pricing strategies to be able to compete effectively in the market and ensure high profitability and customer satisfaction
  • To lead the team in conducting surveys on competitors advertising and promotional activities; do consumer research; and analyze the company's promotional campaign results
  • To effectively coordinate with franchisors Marketing department for various marketing programs and best practices, and adapt for Cambodian market.
  • To work closely with Graphic designer to ensure brand marketing direction, artwork, and advertising messages are correctly communicated to public according to the strategy and brands guidelines.
  • To manage overall media relations for the company achieving of frequent, timely and positive media coverage; and to plan and oversee overall communication strategy including above and below the line channels, and with an increasing focus on digital media strategy.
  • To keep records of competitors and company's marketing communications, and up-date company's marketing expenses
  • To develop Corporate Social Responsibilities (CSR) program, and organize events and sponsoring activities; and actively participate in various outside activities (opening nights, press launches, trade shows, public meetings and similar events) to keep good relationship and stay updated from the industry, and keep the image of company always high.
