The Senior AP Accountant will be responsible for handling the AP module and Freight and Logistics suppliers, ensuring the smooth running of the day-to-day and ongoing accounting operation. The position will also be working closely with various internal departments as well as with people outside the organization, such as RMA suppliers, customers, and Toll.
- Reviewing payment documents and others.
- Verifying Withholding Tax, VAT.
- Preparing reconciliation such as AP, Withholding Tax, and Vat.
- Creating vendor to the system.
- Coordinating with other departments / External to drive AP-related activities.
- Supporting / Creating process migration/process streamlining and improvement.
- Other accounting projects as assigned by MGR.
The position is based at our Head Office in Bangkok and is open to Thai nationals only.
To be considered, you will meet these basic requirements:
- Around 4-5 years of experience in AP accounting role
- Ability to set up, manage, and improve accounting operation
- Track record in handling over 500 accounting transactions per month
- Advance usage of MS Excel
- Native Thai with good English communication skills
