Direct Report : Head of Innovation and Growth
Job Responsibilities
(1) Strategic Marketing planning and execution
- Plan the annual strategic Marketing calendar at daily level (festivities, bundles, promotions, LTO, NP,...), mainly for B2C campaigns (and also B2B), including online and offline communication and budget
- Launch all campaigns on-time and build their post-campaign executive report, including sales analysis and impacts
- Define a SOP (Standard Operation Procedure) for the Marketing Management of the brand
(2) Manage social media & app & website with all best practises and the best innovative, creative and customer-engaging approach, while following the brands guidelines:
- Facebook: (i) Manage Facebook ads and posting. Schedule posts in advance. Post every day before lunch and dinner. Apply all practises to engage with customers: create games, tag, share customers posts, award, etc. (ii) Manage a weekly post on EFGC's Facebook page of each brand
- In-HAPP & Back-end Management: notifications to users, discount coupons
- CRM/Loyalty: Work with the CRM/Loyalty program to build campaigns and smartly award customers
- Google Ads: Active and optimized Google Ads campaigns to acquire new users and consumers
- Other: Manage the HAPP's website with exciting content and the HAPP's LinkedIn page
(3) Marketing events: - Plan and manage launching & CSR events. Coordinate quote and supplies of Marketing material
(4) Promotions and tools: (i) Promote the brand internally through the RMA monthly Newsletter (prepare text and pictures of the monthly activity) (ii) HAPP RMA Library. Keep it always updated with recent pictures and activities and all artworks created by the Graphic Designers' team (iii) Marketing support from brand. Send every 1st week of the month the Mkg proofs to external brands to get support
Travel Requirement
- Travel to provinces.
- Support to the other countries (mainly via Teams)
Job Requirement
- Any degree or certification related to Marketing and/or Graphic Design would be appreciated (not necessary)
- Past experience in F&B (Food & Beverage), Hospitality, FMCG (Fast-moving consumer goods) or any fast-changing industry would be appreciated
