Job Description:

- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets for both AVIS and BUDGET franchises.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to capture market share and increase fleet utilization.
- Lead and mentor the sales team to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Actively engage in business development activities, including outbound sales, customer relationship building, and networking events.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Oversee all aspects of branch operations, including vehicle maintenance, driver management, and inventory control.
- Ensure efficient and timely invoicing and accounts receivable collection.
- Manage branch expenses effectively to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with the Head Office on operational improvements and process optimization.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service delivery.
- Handle customer complaints promptly and effectively.
- Identify and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate with the Head Office marketing team on local marketing initiatives.
- Manage marketing materials and ensure their availability for promotional activities.
- Maintain a strong brand presence in the market.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the sales and operations teams.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Develop and implement annual sales targets and strategic plans for the branch.
- Proactively identify and address challenges and opportunities.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in a sales and management role, preferably within the car rental or hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
