• Supervise and monitor the brand performance

• Prepare, monitor and execute strategic sales plan, sales activities, marketing plan and budget

• Generate sales income and establish KPIs for team

• Manage inventory, expenses, order and sales

• Oversee mixing room operation

• Manage, support and guide team members

• Effectively communicate and secure deals with customers

• Have a strong commitment to meet and exceed sales target set by the company

• Have strong commitment and mindset to build a good brand image of the product and the company

• Work closely with marketing department and other teams to boost brand image, exposure and outreach

• Maintain good relationship with current customers and prospective customers

• Find new customers and sales opportunities

• Handle customer relationship management including customers complaint and concerns effectively

• Prepare daily and weekly report

• Proactively work on defining strategies and prospects as well as on generating new sales

• Prepare regular report on market, trends, products, competitors and customers.

• Attend various events and activities to promote the brand, the company and create sales opportunity

• Other tasks assigned by management

• Be able to travel and conduct outdoor visits

++ Job Requirement 

- Bachelor degree in field relevant to Sales and Marketing
- Strong experience in sales of car paint products and communation with dealers
- Experience in mixing room management
- Advantageous to have completed courses/programs in automotive body repair
