Direct Report : Digital Marketing Manager
- Assistance with the development of social, influencer and digital media plans for marketing team
- Traffic and place all digital display media including ad buys and retargeting
- Optimize the product propositions online to maximize customer engagement and
- Define key performance metrics for user behavior and marketing effectiveness (user growth, engagement, abandonment, campaign ROI, segmentation)
- Recommend and implement the right set of tools that will enable tracking including use of tracking tools, user interface assessment tools, conversion and site optimization testing methods, and other tools to deliver on driving and acting on insights into the business
- Analyze data to evaluate and optimize site performance
Liaison between marketing, and IT teams
- Set up and manage frameworks for A/B testing and personalization programes
- Implement a data driven approach to web activities
Financial Responsibilities
_ Responsible for digital Expense and review following the annual budget plan align with marketing team.
Travel Requirement
the time travelling to stores to visit and checking the consistency of the implementation, and traveling to the province
Job Requirement
- at least 2 to 3 years related advertising experience
- Passion for creating custom content
