Job Description

  • Provides assistance to Service Technicians as needed to diagnose and troubleshoot problems.
  • Promotes a productive working relationship with others; acts as a mentor.
  • Actively listens to concerns; takes action to respond to others' needs.
  • Speaks clearly, concisely, and effectively; clearly explains tasks and procedures.
  • Has an approachable style; fosters open communication through active listening.
  • Assists Service Advisors, if necessary, to explain completed repairs to a customer.
  • Utilizes Ford-provided technical assistance (e.g., Technical Bulletins, Hotlines, OASIS, WDS, and others).
  • Stays up to date on the latest technical services through training, bulletins, campaigns, etc.
  • Obtains all necessary certifications.
  • Uses manuals including diagrams as necessary to complete the repair order.
  • Completes time tickets according to dealership requirements.
  • Uses computers to look up part availability and repair orders.

Job Requirements:

  • 3 years experience with Automotive repairs.
  • Good communication, behavior team spirit, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good talent in leadership and management team.
  • Be responsible and accountable on your own job.
  • Computer (Word, Excel, internet ...).
  • Diagnosing technical program.
  • Be able to use the English language as daily work.
