Role Overview:

Navigating the regulatory landscape for solar rooftop and renewable energy projects. This position ensures timely and accurate acquisition and renewal of permits, while fostering strong relationships with governmental agencies to support the growth of clean energy initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Permit Preparation & Submission:
    • Prepare and manage all necessary documentation for permits required by law for solar rooftop projects and other power sector initiatives.
    • Ensure timely and accurate submission of permit requests in compliance with applicable regulations.
  2. Government Coordination & Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with operational and middle-level governmental agencies.
    • Act as a liaison between the company and authorities to facilitate smooth permitting processes.
  3. Status Monitoring & Reporting:
    • Track the progress of permit applications and proactively address obstacles to ensure compliance with deadlines.
    • Prepare and submit detailed reports on permit statuses, challenges, and resolutions to supervisors.
  4. Permit Renewal & Compliance:
    • Monitor the renewal timeline for permits and ensure adherence to conditions attached by relevant laws.
    • Ensure compliance with all permit-related requirements to avoid delays or penalties.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree or higher in Law, Political Science, Arts, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience coordinating with governmental agencies or managing permit applications.

Preferred Experience: Renewable energy, solar energy, or power plant projects.
