Job Description:

1. Advanced Diagnostics & Repairs
- Perform complex mechanical and electrical diagnostics.
- Repair engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, and other major components.
- Use diagnostic tools and software to identify vehicle issues.
2. Quality Control
- Ensure all repair and maintenance work meets manufacturer and safety standards.
- Perform final inspections on completed jobs
3. Mentorship & Support
- Guide and support junior technicians and apprentices
- Share knowledge and train others on new technologies or techniques.
4. Documentation & Reporting
- Complete repair orders and service reports accurately
- Update job status in workshop management systems
5. Customer Interaction (Occasionally)
- Explain technical issues or repairs to service advisors or directly to customers (if required).
