Position: Marketing Manager
Location: Vientiane Capital, Laos
We are looking for a strategic and innovative Marketing Manager to lead our companys marketing efforts. Your job, is to spearhead our sales and marketing initiative, elevate our brand, and drive our company's revenue growth. You will shape our company's brand strategy and ensure its consistent application across all marketing initiatives on all brands. You will be responsible for enhancing brand awareness within the digital space and driving website traffic or social media unique generated engagement and acquiring leads and conversion. You are also tasked with analyzing market trends and recommending changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback. This is not a role for the faint-hearted but for a strategic, hands-on individual, ready to take our business to new heights.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with company business goals. A results-oriented sales strategy to hit or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with operation teams to ensure marketing strategies drive sales growth.
- Oversee the creation of engaging marketing content across various channels. Analyze brand performance and market trends to provide actionable insights
- Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, TV, press, etc.)
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve set targets.
- Collaborate with the management team to set pricing and promotional strategies. ensuring a seamless sales process.
- Monitoring, measuring and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and campaigns, performance metrics, and tweak strategies as needed.
- Present and report on effectiveness of marketing communications to the management. Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing metrics for the management team and franchisor as required on monthly, quarterly and yearly.
- Conduct market research and analyze market trends and customer behavior to optimize marketing efforts.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for growth.
- Set current and long-term goals for internal teams, building the annual marketing calendar for each brands, articulating the customer segmentation, day part, occasion and brands positioning.
- Design and review the Marketing departments budget
- Other ad hoc as assigned by line manager
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field
- Demonstrable working experience in designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns
- Below solid knowledge and experiences preferred:
- SEO (Search Engine Optimization), Meta Business tools, web analytics and Google Ads
- CRM software and digital marketing tools and techniques
- Customer relationship management tools and data analysis software to drive customer engagement and retention.
- Strong leadership in strategic planning and execution to lead and implement marketing campaigns and initiatives, as well as to guide the marketing team and coordinate with other departments.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills to effectively convey marketing plans and results to internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Outstanding analytical skills to interpret market trends, customer behaviors, and marketing data, and to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Profound knowledge of marketing principles, brand, product and service management.
- Financial acumen to manage budgets and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns in terms of ROI.
- Strategic mindset, with ability to make difficult decisions
