Sales Manager (AVR)

+ Job Description


- Oversee staffs sales performance, support and direction

- Prepare yearly sales plan and actualize plan follow the company direction

- Monitoring weekly sales performance and sales activities progress

- Pricing definition and promotion preparation based on project or occasionally

- Monitoring customer service quality and customer preferences

- Involving business expansion project of the company

- Prepare proposal for all bidding projects that the company has products and services

- To work closely under supervision of Rental Supervisor to achieve short term rental sales.
- To coordinate with Rental/Leasing Team to exchange knowledge and information related to the market.
- To support team if needed
- To coordinate with admin and fleet to ensure the best services to customer.

- To response to new customers (email, call, etc.) with a proper contact management and build good relationship with existing customers.
- To have best relationship with all the Interco divisions in RMA Cambodia.
- To coordinate to the online booking or online reservation.
- To consult with the walk-in customers for processing renting a car.

- Other tasks as assigned

++ Job Requirement

- At least bachelor degree of Business Administration or relevant

- Good command in English

- At lease 3 experiences in sales leading
