Job Description

  • Identify potential clients through various channels such as networking events, cold calling, referrals, and online research.
  • Qualify leads to determine their potential as viable customers 2. Sales Process Management.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand the client's requirements and preferences.
  • Present product or service offerings to prospects, highlighting their features and benefits.
  • Address any objections or concerns raised by prospects and provide suitable solutions.
  • Negotiate terms of sale, including pricing, contracts, and delivery arrangements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their queries and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
  • Continuously engage with clients to upsell additional products or services and identify opportunities for cross-selling.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
  • Analyze sales data and market insights to identify areas for growth and optimization.
  • Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams regarding product performance and customer preferences.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, logistics, after-sales, and customer support to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Prepare regular reports detailing sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years' experience in construction material supply, or related field.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Good presentation, written communication, and report-writing skills in English and Khmer.
  • Great analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
