- Supervise workers performance to ensure the standard
- To deliver the best products as per the Standard Operational Procedures (SOPs), report and problems to the store Business Manager
- Ensure all daily targets are communicated, to motivate the team
- Ensure the ready state before open the restaurant and put everything in the right order before close the restaurant by using daily Checklist
- Create a positive Boost experience for every customer, every time
- Be a product knowledge superstar and assist our Boost customers to make right decisions
- Assign worker to prepare product as per their duty
- Maintain excellent food quality, food safety practices, sanitization and cleanliness standards in line with the SOPs, cleaning checklists
- Record problems that emerged during operation for latter inform to manager.
- Control cash of restaurant Monitor product wastage and record daily in system and manual
- Able to receive goods from supplier and supervise the right standard of the retaining process.
- Able to do and record stock counting for store
- Assist with the management, maintenance and accuracy of all administrative functions and in store reporting
- Perform tasks that assigned by manager
