  • Negotiating contract terms and signing service contracts with fleet customer s
  • Identifying the service due vehicles from customers fleet and giving them service appointment
  • Collecting service contract customer satisfaction/feedback report
  • Submit monthly statement with invoices to fleet 
  • Follow up for the payment from the customers
  • Managing OSC contracts.
