Job Description:


  • Manage aftersales business operations at your workshop.
  • Ensure daily updates of work orders and SDS in the workshop, with prompt daily reports by end of business hours.
  • Follow up with the team daily to close HOT and POTENTIAL deals, offering support as necessary (calls or meetings with customers).
  • Organize and run events to support the Aftersales Business (clinics, inspections, campaigns) according to the plan and objectives.
  • Ensure the workshop and service tools are always maintained in good condition, with monthly tool audits conducted regularly.
  • Maintain service and mobile vehicles to ensure they are regularly serviced and in good running condition.
  • Collaborate with the Parts Manager to ensure the availability of spare parts in the workshop and the region, ensuring stock refills and orders are consistently maintained weekly and monthly.
  • Provide prompt support to each OSC and Parts Reseller in the region in coordination with the Business Partner Development team.
  • Conduct regular visits to business partners, key customers, and workshops in the region, gather feedback and report issues to the Manager and Customer Feedback Analyst to take corrective actions.
  • Oversee the selection and training of personnel, ensuring effective mentoring and support in coordination with the Training Department.
  • Develop creative strategies to improve both parts and labor sales, monitoring performance against targets on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Lead the implementation of Health and Safety Policy, ensuring a safe working environment and maintaining workshop standards in all locations. Foster a positive safety culture among staff, volunteers, and participants.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
  • Proven track record in successfully delivering after-sales service.
  • Strong skills in mentoring, coaching, and performance management.
  • Good knowledge of the business environment.
  • 5-7 years of experience in Automotive Sales or an equivalent field.
  • Strong organizational skills under pressure.
  • Ability to independently solve problems with high quality.
