Business System Analyst

• ERP System implementation
• Gathering requirements from stakeholders
•  Analyzing current business processes and systems
•  Developing functional requirements
• Designing solutions and writing up technical requirements
•  Testing and implementing system solutions
• ERP Operation support
• Support system setup and configuration for new store/outlet setup.
• Support on Master Data Controller (MDC) and System promotion setup.
• providing training and support to users.
•  Available to remote support (8:00PM to 12:00PM) 3 days per week as rotating schedule.
• ERP System improvement.
•  Identifying areas for improvement.
• Creating procedures to improve the existing systems.
• Assessing hardware and software needs and providing recommendations for improvements.

*Knowledge Responsibilities:

• ERP system setup and configure, ERP system operation support and training.

* Internal/External Interactions:

• Operations Team, Finance Team,BKK IT Team, Group CIO

*Education/Certification

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer systems engineering, software engineering, systems development, or a related field.

* Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• At least 1+ years experience in system development
  Experience with database management system

• Understanding software development life cycle, Analytical Thinking
