Overview of the role
We are looking for a motivated Group HR Assistant Manager who is responsible for driving the implementation of the RMA Group HR annual cycle plan and providing HR support, guidance and leadership to the global RMA business divisions and HR country Managers.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with business and functional leaders across the company to understand and conceptualize their specific business, organizational and people opportunities. Provide them with insights and recommendations using an analytical and fact-based approach. Plan, drive, execute and monitor the effectiveness of these solutions
- Key contact person for Thailand based divisional managers and country HR teams
- Employee Support - Own the entire employee lifecycle
- Links the needs of the customers to the HR shared services teams
- Provision of HR advice with regards:
- Performance Management, including Disciplinary issues
- Work regulation & HR policy development, guidance, and interpretation
- Employee related legislation
- Employee engagement & communication
- Retention strategies
- Employee development
Apart from the aforementioned, there will also be other responsibilities as required, including in areas related to international services for expatriate employees, administration, health & safety, and HR projects.

- Excellent spoken and written English is essential.
