  • Ensures high quality service and repair are provided to every, maintain a clean professional environment
  • Maintain high ethical standards in daily activities
  • Provide technical information and assist technicians to ensure proper diagnose of difficult problems
  • Establish process and standards to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Every repair order and repair line items must check about repair quality
  • Any repire not fix properly need to send back to Service Manager and explain to concerned technician
    Pre-road test for all NVH concerns .
