Parts Operation officer (6 months contract)

Overview of the Role

Global Fleet Sales (Thailand) Co., Ltd., based in Bangkok, is looking for a Parts Operations (Temporary Staff) to join the Aftersales Division within the Parts Department. The role will report directly to the Parts Business Manager and functionally to the Division Aftersales Manager. The role involves supporting parts operations including inventory, ordering processes, documentation, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily parts operations including order processing, inventory updates, and data entry.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of parts movements and stock levels.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal teams for timely procurement and delivery of parts.
• Assist in preparing reports related to stock, sales, and usage of parts.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and standards related to parts handling and documentation.
• Support general administrative tasks and coordination required by the Parts Department.

Background and Experience

• Basic understanding of parts operations or administrative processes in a commercial or industrial setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data entry and reporting tools.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers.
• Capable of handling repetitive tasks efficiently with minimal supervision.
• New Graduates are welcome for this role.

หน้าที่ที่รับผิดชอบ

• ตรวจเช็กและอัปเดตสต๊อกอะไหล่ให้ครบถ้วน
• ติดต่อประสานงานกับซัพพลายเออร์และทีมงานภายในเพื่อให้การทำงานราบรื่น
• ช่วยจัดทำรายงานเกี่ยวกับสต๊อก ยอดขาย และการใช้งานอะไหล่
• ปฏิบัติงานตามขั้นตอนและมาตรฐานของบริษัท
• งานเอกสารและงานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากหัวหน้างาน

คุณสมบัติที่เหมาะกับงานนี้

• มีความรู้พื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับงานด้านอะไหล่ หรือมีประสบการณ์ด้านงานเอกสาร/ธุรการมาก่อน
• ใช้ Excel ได้คล่อง และเข้าใจงานบันทึกข้อมูล
• เป็นคนละเอียดรอบคอบ จัดระเบียบงานได้ดี
• สื่อสารได้ดีทั้งกับทีมงานและคนภายนอก
• ทำงานซ้ำ ๆ ได้โดยไม่เบื่อ และมีความรับผิดชอบในงานที่ทำ
• ยินดีพิจารณานักศึกษาจบใหม่
