Job Description:

  • Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to drive business growth.
  • Enhance brand awareness and improve online presence across digital platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, optimizing for maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Support teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging.
  • Oversee marketing budgets and manage relationships with external agencies and partners.
  • Lead influencer (KOL) marketing initiatives and community engagement activities.
  • Plan and coordinate marketing events, sponsorships, and strategic partnerships.
  • Create compelling content and ensure consistency in brand messaging across all channels.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven ability in project management, with strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Experienced in lead generation, campaign analysis, and managing cross-functional global teams.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, email marketing platforms, and CRM systems.
  • Proficient in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite to track and report performance.
  • Strong creative thinking, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to influence and negotiate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills across diverse functions and industries.
