Country Manager

Job Summary:

Assist the General Manager BSP Finance Limited to formulate, implement and supervise the overall administration and operations of the Company within guidelines and in accordance to Institutional policies and directives, as well as the BSP rules and regulations, ensuring that procedures and controls are adequate to protect the interests of the BSP Finance Cambodia and its customers.

• Job Responsibility:

• Developing the vision for the future of BSP Finance Limited reflecting the future needs of shareholders, customers and staff, identifying objectives and milestones for the short, medium and long term.

• Build the company’s base in Phnom Penh, progressively expanding its operations into all sectors of the economy in Cambodia.

• Achieve the strategic deliverables including financial targets set by the Board, and generally to promote company operations establishing it as a leading finance company in Cambodia.

• BSPF Rules & Regulations, Bank of PNG Prudential Standards, National Bank of Cambodia standards, Government Regulations in countries where BSPF Operates.

• Support the sales team in achieving income and costs within the Budget approved by the GM BSPF and the Board of Directors

• Job Requirements:

• University Degree preferably in Commerce or Banking & Finance

• Meets Fit & Proper Requirements of the National Bank of Cambodia

• Sound knowledge of International banking operation knowledge

• Advanced Technical Skills in Numeracy & Financial

• Advanced Technical skills in Risk Management

• Advanced Technical Skills in Product Knowledge

• Advanced Technical Skills in Negotiations

• Advanced Technical Skills in Industry Knowledge

• Advanced Technical Skills in Compliance/Legislation

• Advanced Skills in Organisational Management

• Plus 10-15 years Executive Management role in Banking & Finance.

• Wide ranging domestic and international banking experience

• Track record of making good strategic business decision

• Proficient in written and oral English
