Reporting Line : Maintenance Planning Manager

Job Responsibilities


1. Revise current inventory and coordinate with purchasing regarding new orders
2. Enter repair invoices in system for clients for credit card payment processing and documentation for history of repairs.
3. Contact supplier to provide payment for repairs, provide authorizations/denials for repairs based on client response and policy requirements.
4. Communicate with departments regarding work orders and maintenance requests.
5. Monitor the maintenance's subordinator internal team.
6. Answer calls regarding general maintenance; Reply to emails from vendors.
7. Coordinating with brands to dispatch training materials and to store if needed.
8. Maintain communication with vendors regarding new products and incoming orders.
9. Work closely with the Maintenance Sub- contractor and Internal team to ensure daily and weekly tasks are completed in a safe and efficient manner.
10. Understand the knowledge, skills, and abilities of each maintenance employee in order to select, train, and provide guidance and inspiration through leadership and teamwork to ensure empowered work teams.
11. Coordinating landlords with general matters.
12. Controlling monthly payment of all the civil works repairing all the Brands/Stores.
13. Assist in event, team building ect
14. Assist Maintenance Manager in developing and executing major maintenance overhauls and outages
15. Monitor stores qualifications and quality standards for outside contractors.
16. Other tasks assigned by Line manager.

Financial Responsibilities

Monthly repairing /maintenance purchase and monitoring based on the budget.


Job Requirement :

- Bachelors Degree in Administration or engineering, knowledge of building maintenance is a plus.

- Demonstrated ability to analyze failures and implement effective corrective solutions.
- effective communication skills to influence all levels of personnel and to create change.
- Demonstrated leadership ability to influence safety practices and initiatives.
