About the job Sales Consultant (AVR)
Knowledge Responsibilities:
Senior sales consultant will work closely with direct line manager to track down potential leads and prospect and to support and guide other team members to achieve sales target listed by contracting and building good relationship with existing customers and prospects in order to understand their needs and to provide them renta services beyond their expectation. Previous knowledge in sales, wide previous professional networks, and good market insight are preferrable. Excellent communication skill, strong personality, and self-initiatives are needed to contribute building a strong team while negotiation skill and focused orientation toward excellent customer experiences to accumultate new deals and clients.
Functional Responsibilities:
To maintain smooth daily team's and interdepartment operations appointed under the supervision of Direct Line Manager,
To act as the point of contact between clients and internal departments to ensure service is well-provided and issues are well-handled on time.
To process neccessary paperworks, booking and ensure the services is delivered smoothly to customers,
To act as a mutual support to Direct Line Manager and team to plan and execute the strategic action plan for sales,
To ensure an accurate weekly planner and good tasks implementation,
To do lead generation, cold call, and official presentation/meetings with targeted customers according to the target,
To keep tract daily result, to understand all cases/deal status, and to propose immediate action to improve rental sales,
To generate and present accurate report daily, weekly, monthly report with specific deadline instructed by Direct Line Manager,
To respond well and accurately to customer's inquiry (proper questions to ask, and proper answers with knowledge),
To ensure the good business relationship with customers especially under the scope of rental,
To generate monthly 10 customers and do courtesy visit/entertainment with Direct Line Manager and General Manager,
To understand customer profile who is our target, accurately update their move and bring to discuss daily for any concern or opportunity,
To provide real time market update to team for faster response to market change.
Financial Responsibilities:
To assist Admin team in Account Receivable Follow-up, cash collection, etc with clients if needed,
To keep track of all invoices and payment concerning the sales expense for Admin team,
To help the team saving up the expenses and maximizing the profit.
Internal Interaction:
To work closely under supervision of Direct Line Manager to achieve rental sales target. To coordinate with Rental/Leasing Team to exchange knowledge and information related to the market. To coordinate with admin and fleet to ensure the best services to customer. Be able to response to team's request on time.Be friendly and kind with others.
External Interactions:
To respond to new customers (email, call, etc..) with a proper contact management and build good relationship with existing customers.
To have best relationship and at least two coffee talk per week with other sales person of interco-divisions in RMA.
Travel Requirements:
etimes to provinces and to join frequent networking events and on-field inspection/spot-check.

Education/Certification:
Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Experience in Sales/Marketing or customer relationship management.

Excellent negotiation and people's skill to winnew clients.
Self-motivated and self-organised with the ability to both work independently and in team.
Other Criteria : Excellent computer skill Excel, Word, E-mail, Outlook, Linkedin, and social media proficiency desired.
