Chief Safety Officer - ADC

We are seeking an experienced Chief Safety Officer (CSO) to lead global safety strategy across our vehicle modification operations. This executive role ensures compliance with international safety standards, drives a strong safety culture, and provides strategic oversight across all modification plants worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and implement global HSE strategy across all vehicle modification facilities.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 45001, OSHA, and international automotive safety standards.
• Oversee audits, risk management, and incident investigations.
• Provide strategic oversight on safety budgets managed at the country level.
• Develop and mentor safety leaders across global sites.
• Drive engagement campaigns and embed a world-class safety culture.

Background and Experience

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field.
• International safety certifications (NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, ISO 45001 Lead Auditor).
• 10+ years in senior safety leadership, ideally in automotive or heavy manufacturing.
• Proven track record in multi-country/global safety management.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and cross-cultural communication skills.
• Fluent in English (other languages are a plus).
