  • Lead and manage sales operations, ensuring strong processes and team performance.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Work closely with the Marketing and Service Departments to align on campaigns and business growth initiatives.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform business decisions.
  • Support, coach, and train sales staff to ensure performance and development.
  • Oversee showroom activities, ensuring professional vehicle display and customer service.
  • Ensure pre-delivery inspections and timely vehicle delivery.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.
  • Represent the company at events, training, and oversea meetings when assigned.

Job Requirements:

    • Bachelors Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
    • At least 3 years of experience in automotive sales, with 2+ years in a supervisory or managerial role.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing new business.
    • Good knowledge of the local automotive market and customer behavior.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Excellent English skills (speaking, reading, writing, and listening).
    • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
    • High level of personal integrity, professionalism, and customer service mindset.
