Sales Manager (Ford Battambang)
About the job Sales Manager (Ford Battambang)
- Lead and manage sales operations, ensuring strong processes and team performance.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Work closely with the Marketing and Service Departments to align on campaigns and business growth initiatives.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform business decisions.
- Support, coach, and train sales staff to ensure performance and development.
- Oversee showroom activities, ensuring professional vehicle display and customer service.
- Ensure pre-delivery inspections and timely vehicle delivery.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.
- Represent the company at events, training, and oversea meetings when assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in automotive sales, with 2+ years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing new business.
- Good knowledge of the local automotive market and customer behavior.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent English skills (speaking, reading, writing, and listening).
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of personal integrity, professionalism, and customer service mindset.
