Position : Senior Marketing Associate (Automotive Business)
Overview of the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Marketing Associate to join the Global Product Marketing team. This role plays a critical part in supporting the global launch of a new flagship truck platform, while also contributing to ongoing marketing efforts across the wider Ford Global Fleet Sales (FGFS) vehicle portfolio. The position focuses on executing go-to-market strategies and ensuring consistent delivery of product value propositions—centered on durability, power, and specialized utility across diverse international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide tactical support for the end-to-end planning and execution of the global launch of a flagship truck platform
- Assist in coordinating marketing activities across the FGFS vehicle portfolio, ensuring alignment with brand standards and up-to-date messaging
- Collaborate with regional teams to adapt global marketing assets for local market requirements
- Support the execution of digital campaigns, including social media content and performance marketing initiatives
- Monitor online communities and assist with influencer partnerships to enhance brand visibility
- Manage and update web content and microsites to ensure accurate product representation
- Support optimization of the digital customer journey from engagement through to lead generation
- Coordinate with agencies and internal teams to develop marketing collateral such as brochures, sales sheets, and video content
- Translate complex technical specifications into clear, customer-focused messaging
- Assist in planning and executing global events, including press launches, demonstrations, and public showcases
- Support the delivery of immersive, hands-on brand experiences to effectively highlight product capabilities
Background and Experience
- At least 8 years of experience in Marketing or Product Marketing, preferably within automotive, industrial, or fleet sectors
- Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale marketing campaigns or product launches
- Strong ability to collaborate across global teams and manage coordination across multiple time zones
- Proficiency in CMS platforms, social media tools, and marketing performance tracking systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences
This role may require coordination across international markets and time zones, as well as involvement in global events and product launches, which could include occasional travel and participation in hands-on demonstrations or field activations.
