Job Description:

- Lead and supervise a team of data analysts, providing guidance, training, and
performance management.
- Oversee data collection, validation, reporting, and ensure compliance with quality and
governance standards.
- Develop, review, and deliver dashboards, reports, and insights aligned with business
objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data into clear, actionable
recommendations.
- Support strategic planning, forecasting, and KPI tracking through advanced analysis.
- Drive process improvements and adopt new tools to enhance reporting efficiency.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Management, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst.
- Strong expertise in data modeling, database design, data mining, and segmentation
techniques.
- Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL, reporting tools, and programming (e.g., Python, ETL
frameworks).
- Skilled in statistical analysis and tools (Excel, Power Query, Power BI, etc.).
- Strong analytical, research, and reporting skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience with Odoo dashboards is an advantage.
