  • Manage overall branch performance including sales, customer service, aftersales, and administration.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales and support teams to achieve sales and service targets.
  • Ensure a strong customer experience and respond to customer feedback effectively.
  • Collaborate with Head Office departments including Marketing, HR, Service, and Finance to align branch operations with company objectives.
  • Monitor inventory, sales pipeline, and daily branch activities to ensure smooth operations.
  • Implement company strategies, policies, and procedures within the branch.
  • Analyze market trends and local competition to improve branch performance.
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards and dealership guidelines.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales and operational reports to General Manager.
  • Represent the company in local events and build relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Drive continuous improvement in branch service quality, staff professionalism, and facility appearance.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive sales or operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven experience in managing a team and meeting business targets.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.
  • Customer-oriented with a commitment to delivering high service standards.
  • Good understanding of dealership operations, inventory control, and aftersales.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools.
  • Excellent English and Khmer communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Ability to travel occasionally for company meetings or training.
