Operation Manager

- Manage daily production activities to meet output, efficiency, and delivery targets.
- Oversee quality control processes to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve production and quality issues.
- Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor KPIs related to production efficiency, defect rates, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and develop production and quality teams through coaching and performance management.

++ JOB REQUIREMENT

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in automotive manufacturing, with a focus on production and quality.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proven experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and quality systems (e.g., IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001).

Required Skills:
- Production planning and workflow optimization
- Quality assurance and control methodologies
- Root cause analysis and corrective action (e.g., 8D, FMEA)
- ERP and MES systems proficiency
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with electric vehicle (EV) production or advanced automotive technologies
- Certification in Six Sigma, Lean, or Quality Management
- Familiarity with APQP, PPAP, and statistical process control (SPC)
- Multilingual capabilities for global operations

Working Conditions:
Full-time, on-site role with occasional travel.
Fast-paced manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery and production areas.
