Job Description:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories and market segments.
  • Promote and sell heavy equipment products, attachments, and related services.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by management.
  • Conduct customer visits, site inspections, and product demonstrations.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales contracts for customers.
  • Follow up on sales leads and maintain an active sales pipeline.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Understand customer operational requirements and recommend suitable equipment solutions.
  • Provide professional product presentations and technical information to customers.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process and after-sales support.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Collect and report market intelligence to support business planning.
  • Identify opportunities for fleet replacement, expansion projects, and equipment upgrades.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market updates.
  • Coordinate with finance, service, and parts departments to ensure smooth customer support and equipment delivery.

Job Requirements:

  •  Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in heavy equipment, construction machinery, commercial vehicles, industrial equipment, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience dealing with corporate customers, contractors, and project-based sales is highly desirable.
