Job Description:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories and market segments.
- Promote and sell heavy equipment products, attachments, and related services.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by management.
- Conduct customer visits, site inspections, and product demonstrations.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales contracts for customers.
- Follow up on sales leads and maintain an active sales pipeline.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Understand customer operational requirements and recommend suitable equipment solutions.
- Provide professional product presentations and technical information to customers.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process and after-sales support.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Collect and report market intelligence to support business planning.
- Identify opportunities for fleet replacement, expansion projects, and equipment upgrades.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market updates.
- Coordinate with finance, service, and parts departments to ensure smooth customer support and equipment delivery.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in heavy equipment, construction machinery, commercial vehicles, industrial equipment, or related industries.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience dealing with corporate customers, contractors, and project-based sales is highly desirable.
