Essential Skills

-          Warehouse Stores operation, Production or Workshop Supervision

-          Experience working inside progressive company environment

-          Demonstrated successful control of a warehouse, workshop/  environment in fabrication / automotive assembly industry - Supervision of Semi-Skilled persons

Desirable Skills

-          Experience in Warehouse Operation and fabrication  / Automotive Assembly/ modification Industry

-          Experience of viewing and interpretation of engineering drawings

-          Evidence of experience in a Continuous Improvement Culture environment (eg Housekeeping 5S, Standard Operations)

-          Experience in integrating product and planning to satisfy  projects

-          Experience facility maintenance

-          Trained / Certified in Safety Management

-          Recruitment of warehouse operatives as required

Function Responsibilities

-          Experience working inside progressive company environment

-          Demonstrated successful control of a workshop/ warehouse environment in fabrication / automotive assembly industry - Supervision of Semi-Skilled persons

-          Responsible for overseeing and daily coordination for, overall operations within workshop / warehouse.

-          Verifies product inventory reports by comparing logs and reports; adjusting entries.

-          Documents actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records; maintaining databases.

-          Monitors inventory by completing counts as required.

-          Stores product by designating storage areas; adjusting storage areas according to production and shipping requirements; updating location database.

-          Parts Receiving and Supply:

-          Receiving items, alert owner, store/ supply parts allocation area.

-          5s Red tag for loose parts.

-          Inventory control / Tracking/ Stock counting

-          Intranet system entry of received items and location.

-          Location for all kept items.

Qualifications

-          Bachelor Degree or higher in Engineering, International business or related field

-          5-10 years of professional work experience of Product Planning and Program Mgt in automotive

-          Excellent analytical and communication skills, ability to structure report processes

-          To be able to maintain the coordination among the various department of the organization

-          Demonstrated capabilities in writing & presentation skills, fluency in MS, and good command of English.
