Production Operator

+  Job Description 

·          Follow up production build plan to achievement the target

·          Follow up procedure / working instruction

·          Follow up the corrective and preventive actions

·          Follow up safety standard

·          5S cleaning, Housekeeping and maintain work area tidy.

·          Understand company’s regulations and announcement

·          Others, As assigned by immediate supervisor.

·          Monitoring the any waste and cost on production process.

·          Following the production process, production schedule;

·          Ensuring that the production is cost effective;

·          Making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality;

·          Supporting team member.

·          Following company rule / safety

++ Requirement

·                   Usually require a vocational / diploma -  macnical / electrical / machatronicical, industrial technology and / or experience in production body builder and manufacturing processes and techniques.

·                   Minimum of 3+ years of production assembly and / or body builder experience, and 1 year at shop floor management position.

·                   knowledge of raw materials.

·                   knowledge of basic quality systems and standards.

·                 knowledge of basic health and safety standards and compliance.

·                   knowledge of process improvement techniques.

·                   knowledge of human resource principles and practices.

·                   knowledge of machines and tools.

·           knowledge of engineering and technology principles and practices.
