+ Job Description      - Follow KPI and achieve the target on trade in sales unit.       - Build up a relation with TSM and provincial sup and working together with other department.      - Coordinating with Afters ales department to make sure inspection of Trade in unit smoothly.       - Develop more quality trade in network around the country.     - Maintain and support the existing  trade in customer .     - Improve relationship between existing customer and trade in business.       - Develop market image through on trade in business.      - Agricultural segment knowledge or Agricultural equipment knowledge and skill.     - Customer relationship management skill.     - Daily calling to all Sales Supervisors to follow up unit-referred deals.       - Daily call to existing customer for new deal trade in.      - Coordinating on sale teams in order to fulfill the business trade as business to support new units.     - Maintaining the existed trade in customer for better relationship.     - Sale contracted.     - Weekly Daily/report for status moving.      - Explaining and updating the trade in business network to generate more sales and achieve the OBJ.     - Working with workshop supervisor or OSC make sure they support on inspection trade in tractor.  
     - Daily call workshop supervisor and for new unit trade in.       - Work close to after sale preparing the units trade in for delivering after recondition.       - Managing the marketing Online (digital marketing) and off line to promote the trade in business.  
     - Working closely with marketing department to ensure all marketing materials have been provided.    - Response for revenue generation (Sales and Aftersales Department )
    - Direct line management reports on the job responsibility.
    - At least 75% of the time traveling nationally.
+ Job Requirement     - At least bachelor degree level in Business/Commerce or from Technical School.    - Extensive knowledge of Agricultural equipment operation and application or business partner operation.    - Good communication and negotiation skills for the business.
    - At least 2 years Work Experiences within Sales or Aftersales or Business Development Sector.
    - Good on excel for analysis, stock control or stock ordering plan.
    - Result-oriented and self-motivated with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
    - Must be easy-going and good at communicating with others     - Adopting the new environment fast and willing to learn in new field    - Be flexible and patient      - English proficiency (written and spoken)    - Driver’s License for the vehicle    - Able to travel at short notice
