 The Marketing Brand Manager's primary duty is the custodian of the HungryApp Brand. 

He/she helps each HungryApp franchisee successfully create/execute go-to-market plans that build brand awareness, engage consumers, and drive conversions through thoughtful brand storytelling, data-driven insights with analytics, and creative innovation – all grounded in a consumer-centric integrated marketing approach.

Job Description 

• Ensure the successful launch and live operations of monthly calendars in partnership with HAPP-franchisees, including the HungryApp innovations (Loyalty program, cloud kitchen, etc.)
• Act as the day-to-day lead with HAPP-franchisees in reviewing marketing materials, providing insightful guidance/feedback, and managing/approving go-to-market plans, creative assets, and marketing activations
• Leverage quantitative and qualitative insights with HAPP-franchisees to identify market opportunities that inform and help shape player personas/target audiences, positioning, go-to-market plans, creative development, and campaign activations
• Analyse performance of marketing campaigns with HAPP-franchisees regularly to identify areas of optimization and make actionable recommendations
• Deliver innovative and performance driven HAPP campaigns that extend reach, increase awareness, and result in meaningful brand deposits
• Partner closely with internal cross-functional teams (Operations, EFG Food Franchisors, Legal, HR and more) to leverage their expertise throughout all stages of campaigns development.
• Present marketing updates to Executives and Franchise Teams
• Create marketing pitch decks, presentation materials, internal plans, campaigns’ results, achievements and learnings

Job Requirement

Any degree or certification in Marketing 
Past experience in F&B (Food & Beverage), Hospitality, FMCG (Fast-moving consumer goods) or any fast-changing industry would be appreciated
  5-8+ years of experience in Marketing, offline/online brand execution (preferably within the F&B industry
  Travel to countries when possible and support via MS Teams
Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar and other countries
